Her foray into began through her mum who was an avid music listener to songs from the 70s and 80s.

Songs which placed her under the influence of greats such as Michael Jackson , Bob Marley,
Sade Adu , The Carpenters , John Lennon and Don Williams.

Her relevance in the Nigerian Rap landscape as the no.1 Nigerian Female Rapper can not be disputed even by haters.

* She is the only Nigerian Female Rapper considered by an overall majority as the best, there is no comparison.

* it was Eminem ‘s ” Cleanin’ Out My Closet ” that inspired her to pursue a career in rap music.

* Under the influence of Eminem, she began writing rap verses at the age of 10.

* She was encouraged by her patents to pursue her rap dream.

* In 2009, Eva released “I Dey Play” as her first ever studio recording.

* On 20 November 2011, she released the GIGO E.P ( Garbage in Garbage Out).

* The EP which consisted of 9 songs was released for free digital download.

*  “I Done Did it” was released as the EP’s lead single and it was produced by Sossick.
